How to Register
1. Set up an Account
· Before you apply for an account, PLEASE ADD LPR RECREATION () to your address book so you can receive receipt confirmations and account approvals via email! People with heavy spam blockers will not receive confirmations.
· Fill out the New Account Request completely, including your birth date.
During regular Liberty Community Center business hours, a staff will respond with an email as quickly as possible advising that your new account is confirmed. (For your convenience, staff recommends you request your online account prior to the first day of registration.)
Please submit your request once, and register with your own information, not your child’s. Once you have an account, you may then add family members.
2. Search for an Activity
Please note: You may search the programs listing without a Customer ID and password. To enroll in a class, you will need your Customer ID and password
· Search for activities by name, location, start date, or participant age.
o Just choose your search criteria, scroll down, and click on the arrow to view more activities.
o Activities that are gray on the screen are either full or cancelled. You may add yourself to the waiting list.
o There are a few programs that are available for viewing only on line. These programs typically require an additional sport registration form or require a specific appointment time. Please contact the Liberty Community Center (816-439-4360) for assistance.
· Click on the activity name to see more details about that class, program or activity.
3. Choose an Activity for Enrollment
Please note: You must have your customer ID and password to register. If you need to establish an account, click here.
· To register for a class, just click “Add to cart” in the blue banner under the activity description or at the bottom of the page.
4. Log in
Please note: Once you have your account, you can enter your Customer ID and password to enroll in programs and activities.
· Assign Participants
This is the person that will be attending the class. Choose your participant from the pull down box, or you may add the family member that you would like to assign to the class.
· Add Family Members (from “my account” only)
Here you may add as many family members as you need to. Please make sure you fill in the birth date field. Most of our classes have age constraints and will not let you add a participant unless they are the correct age.
· Update Shopping Cart
If you need to add another person to an activity, change the quantity, click “update cart,” then proceed to checkout.
5. Checkout
· Confirm Order
This screen allows you to check prices, times, and dates, of your selected activities. Please note the locations of your classes, as we sometimes have to make last minute changes.
· Payment
This site is secure.
When you are ready to enter your charge card payment, if the billing address shown does not match your billing address for your credit card statements, your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENROLLED. Please click on the “my account” button to change your information.
6. Receipt - Print a copy of your receipt for your records.
