3 Game Guarantee.
Teams will have pool play games first then will be seed into a single elimination bracket based upon records.
Teams will be seeded into pools based on USSSA points
Friday, June 25 * Pool Play Games Begin
Saturday, June 26 * Pool Play Games Continue
Sunday, June 27 * Championship Bracket Play
Tournament format may be altered due to the number of teams

Management reserves the right to alter Tournament Rules with advance notice to teams.
USSSA Pitching Limitations will be enforced.
Spread Rule – 14U
15 runs after 3 innings
12 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings
Pool Play = Home team will be determined by coin flip, and will be required to keep the official book.
Bracket Play = Higher seed is home team.
Protest fee is $100 cash and due at the time of protest for protest to be heard.
If not specified we will follow USSSA Rules.
PLEASE BE WARNED – Our tournament has a “zero tolerance” for any physical confrontations by players, coaches, fans or anyone else. Upon first violation violating party shall be removed from the facility for the remainder of the tournament. Teams are responsible for making sure involved parties leave the complex. If offending individuals do not leave, the responsible team will be removed from the remainder of the tournament with no refund given.

Managers are responsible for their own team check-in 1 hour prior to first game.
Coaches/Managers must provide:
Updated Roster online with USSSA
Copy of birth certificates (we will not ask to see, unless we have a protest)
Cell phone number and hotel name (for out-of-town teams only)
Coaches/Managers will receive:
Coaches packet (bracket, rules, etc.)
3 coaches passes

To determine a player’s age for the spring/summer season, determine the player’s age on April 30th of the coming year.
