Acting I - Adventures in Acting (grades 1-3)

Have your beginning performer join us on an adventure through the amazing world of acting! Students will give their imaginations a real workout while discovering the basics of what it takes to be an actor. It's a great first look at commanding a stage!

  Day: Wednesdays

  Time: 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

 

Musical Theatre I - Sing Out (grades 1-3)

Got a singer with a song in his/her heart? Here's a chance for your musically inclined child to learn the beginnings of breath control, vocal projection and more. We will guide your youngster through song selections and stage presence.

  Day: Wednesdays

  Time: 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

 

Acting II - Journeys In Acting (grades 4-6)

This is the place for kids with a bit of acting experience under their belts who are ready to take it to the next level. Your child will act like a pro after learning theatrical vocabulary, various acting techniques, use of his or her body to tell a story onstage and more.

  Day: Mondays

  Time: 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

 

Musical Theatre II - Showstoppers (grades 4-6)

Participants will loosen up their vocal chords and sing some of Broadway's most popular musicals. Students will brush up on their group and solo singing skills, all the while learning how to shine onstage.

Acting III - Advanced Acting (grades 7-8)

This class is designed to provide an in depth look into the text of a script, stage work and creating a character. Students will learn to use instinct, body and voice to command the stage, leaving more confident with auditioning, rehearsing and performing.

  Day: Tuesdays

  Time: 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

 

Musical Theatre III - Advanced Vocals (grades 7-8)

Students will embark on a musical journey with emphasis on telling a song's story. Proper use and support of the voice will help students take the lessons from the classroom to the stage.  Both group and solo work will be included as participants focus their talents and energy on the beloved music of Broadway.

  Day: Tuesdays
