Citizen Sales Tax Oversight Committee (CSTOC)
CSTOC Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive, prospective citizen review and public reporting of City operations in regard to approved special purpose sales taxes.
CSTOC Background:
Established in 2008, the Citizen Sales Tax Oversight Committee is responsible for undertaking a comprehensive, prospective citizen review and public reporting of City operations in regard to approved special purpose sales taxes, which currently are: Capital Sales Tax, Fire Sales Tax, Parks Sales Tax and Transportation Sales Tax. The Committee reviews future actions applicable to the special purpose sales taxes, specifically voter intent of expenditures and annual review of the applicable budgets.
CTSOC Meetings
The Committee generally meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 101 E. Kansas. Additional meetings will be predicated on agenda demands. |

Committee Members:
The Committee is comprised of nine voting members and a non-voting representative from the City Council.
