Some volunteer opportunities require background checks prior to starting work.

Coach Application
If you are interested in coaching at Fountain Bluff Sports complex, please fill out the coach application. 
All coaches will be required to pass a background check.

Group Application
If you are a group wanting to apply for a volunteer opportunity, please fill out the group application.

All minors must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver prior to starting work.
Groups with adults only may fill out one group application.
