Fitness Center
Whether you're just starting a fitness program or training for your next competition, the Fitness Center at the Liberty Community Center offers the equipment you need to improve your level of health and wellness levels.  

Please note, some of the equipment provided offers new age technology to keep you connected throughout your workout.  By clicking on the links below, you will find out additional information on how to utilize this technology to maximize your workout.

Aerobic Equipment
Aerobic exercise is most effective in providing cardiovascular endurance benefits, increasing lung capacity and burning stored fuel.
