To enter this
event complete the entry form and mail or fax your completed form along with
your registration number and entry fee to the tournament director.
Teams will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee in
the event they cancel at least 30 days prior to the first day of the
tournament. If a team does not give a 30-day notice in writing, they
will forfeit
the entire entry fee.
Refund
Schedule Due to Weather
Full Refund if no games are played due to weather.
Half Refund if 1 game is started and/or played.
No Refund once second game begins.
No gate refunds or rain checks at anytime.
Tell your parents and fans, if play is in doubt due to inclement weather or
rain, to wait until play begins to enter park.
Management reserves the right to alter Tournament Rules
with advance notice to teams.
No pitching limitations on pitchers (use your
judgment)
Spread Rule – Ages 12U and below
15 runs after 3 innings
8 runs after 4 innings
Ages 13U and above
15 runs after 3 innings
12 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings
Tie Breaker – 1st Head to Head, 2nd
Runs Allowed, 3rd Run Differential, 4th Runs Scored,
5th USSSA Points
Time limits on all games except championship
game. 8 & Under will be 1 hour and 30 minutes, 9 – 14 will be
1 hour 45 minutes and 15 and older will be 1 hour 50 minutes.
Extra Innings – First extra inning is regular game
play format all other innings will start the inning with the last completed
batter starting on 2nd base.
Home team will be determined by coin flip, and will
be required to keep the official book.
Protest fee is $100 cash and due at the time of
protest for protest to be heard.
If not specified we will follow USSSA Rules.
PLEASE BE WARNED – Our tournament has a “zero tolerance” for any physical
confrontations by players, coaches, fans or anyone else. Upon first
violation violating party shall be removed from the facility for the
remainder of the tournament. Teams are responsible for making sure
involved parties leave the complex. If offending individuals do not
leave, the responsible team will be removed from the remainder of the
tournament with no refund given.
