New Musician Showcase

Audition/Entry Information

Gifted on guitar?  Dynamite on drums?  Killer keys?
Brilliant Bass? Virtuoso vocals?

If so, then let it show.  We welcome your musical and/or vocal act to audition for the 2010 New Musician Showcase hosted by the LPAT.  Here?s how?

Basic Entry Requirements and Information

• All music must be created live on stage (no pre-recorded tracks)
• The average age of all musicians in an act may not be lower than 15
• Selected acts must be available to perform on the Showcase date, during either Session
• The audition demo must contain the same musicians who will appear on the Showcase
• There are no entry fees or other charges for musicians who enter the Showcase

To Get an Entry Form

• Send an email-able form (Microsoft Word) > Paperless Entry Form
• Send a print-able form (pdf) > Mail-In Entry Form
• Request a hardcopy of the Entry Form.  Send us your name and mailing address by email (), or by phone (816-439-4371).

Entry Deadline

A completed Entry Form & Performance Agreement, along with an audition demo of your act (or a link to one), must be submitted to us no later than 4:00pm on Thursday, June 17, 2010 (preferably sooner).

Showcase Date

Saturday, July 10, 2010

• Afternoon Session - 3:00pm
• Evening Session - 7:00pm
